Soar Couture, a/k/a Soaro, Inc., was founded in 2005 on the idea of a symphony of faith, art, and fashion.

In 2005, our visionary founder, Angela Shaw, embarked on this luminous journey. After a thriving corporate career, Angela, guided by an unyielding faith and ignited by boundless creativity, gave birth to Soar Couture—a testament to courage and unwavering dedication. With nothing more than a logo, a B.S. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University, and a fiery spirit, she embarked on a mission to set hearts ablaze and elevate souls to new heights.
Her story is one of courage and relentless dedication, illuminated by the radiant light of faith. Angela wasn't just chasing a dream but answering a divine call. She pursued a Master of Divinity in 2010 at McCormick Theological Seminary, strengthening her connection with the Almighty. But life had more in store. In 2012, Angela was diagnosed with stage 3 Leukemia, a battle she waged with unparalleled grace.
Amidst her fight against cancer, Angela raised her 10-year-old daughter, pursued her purpose as an ordained Minister, and nurtured the dreams of Soar Couture. In 2013, our Heavenly Father called her home, but her legacy continued to soar. Angela's story is one of unwavering faith, an unbreakable mother-daughter bond, and the courage to chase dreams even in the face of life's most formidable challenges.
