Refund Policy

30-Day Return & Exchanges 

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the items are not marked as final sale, damaged, are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


To start a return, you can contact us at soarcouture@gmail.com. If you have received approval for your defective or damaged item with photo provided, you will need to return the product at your expense. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item and notify you via email of the status.  After inspection, the refund is processed on the original payment method within the timeframe specified by your bank. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
