What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices on our site are listed in USD. 

I just placed an order—when will it ship
We work quickly to process and ship your order. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be updated within 2–5 business days.
If you have not received a tracking number after two (2) business days, please contact us.
Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
At this time, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within one (1) business day of delivery. You will have fourteen (14) days to return the item for a full refund.

 * Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

* Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

* Please include your name and order number with your return.

 Note: If your package is already in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and charged.

I entered the wrong shipping address—what should I do?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible with the correct details and mark your message as URGENT.

We can update your address within 24 hours of placing your order. After this 24-hour window, changes cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for incorrect address submissions.
