Valerie Shaw exemplifies purpose and unwavering dedication, driven by a profound commitment to empowering women in both business and the community. She received the 2013 President's Volunteer Service Award, showcasing her philanthropic dedication to organizations like the American Cancer Society, Math with EEEs Inc., and the United Nations Association.

In tribute to her sister, Angela Shaw, inspired by the mantra "Elevate Your Spirit," Ms. Shaw established the parent company, Royal Rainn Corporation, in 2020. Her entrepreneurial journey has included mentoring over 200 women-owned small businesses, guiding them through digital transformation and thought leadership. She firmly believes that perseverance, compassion, and integrity are the cornerstones of success.

With over 20 years of experience as an Information Technology (IT) consultant for Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Shaw holds an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School in Malibu, California, an M.S. in Human Resource Development of Management from National Louis University, and a B.A. in Design Management from Columbia College-Chicago. Her dedication to leadership, collaboration, and philanthropy extends into the digital age. She envisions women embracing technology, innovation, and community engagement.

Ms. Shaw's unwavering dedication, love for her community, and steadfast faith in God shine through with her deep belief in the scripture, KJV Isaiah 54:17: "No weapon formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD."

She is family-oriented, an active member of New Faith Baptist Church International and resides in Illinois.
